The Switcheroo Bar

The fancy-pants converter thingy pops up at the bottom when you crack open the song editor for the first time. (Spoiler: it only shows up for songs you yanked from other files. You're welcome.) This bad boy's got two moving parts:

Yoink the Words

If your file's one of the cool kids that supports text extraction, boom — Extract Text button appears. Tap it & watch the magic happen (or just watch it spin for a while). When it's done doin\u{2019} its thing, a Revert File button takes over so you can peace out & go back to the old text before we messed with it.

Psych! Use the janky imported file instead of OnSong

This toggle lets you flip-flop between the clean, text-based version & the crusty external file you dragged in here. Handy if you wanna keep two totally different versions of the same song around for some reason, or if you\u{2019}re still in conversion limbo.
