The Hamburger Menu: Your Library Shenanigans Exposed
Yo, that drawer? It's where the magic—or chaos—happens. Pop it open & suddenly you're knee-deep in organizing your music like you actually have your life together. Spoiler: you don't. But OnSong's got your back anyway. Here's what lives in this beautiful mess.
Collections
Collections are literally the only sane way you'll look at your library. Obvs you want ALL your songs right in front of your face, OR you wanna sort 'em into Books because chaos is not cute. Books let you yeet certain songs into custom piles. Maybe you've got a band you play with & need a whole folder for 'em. Maybe you're fancy & organize by genre. Or when you're actually gonna use that song you've been sitting on for 2 years. LOL, relatable.
All Songs
The collection that NEVER leaves you. It's always there, lurking, containing literally every single song you have access to. No escape. You're welcome.
Unbound Songs
Songs that are just... floating around in your library doing their own thing because you haven't bothered to file 'em into a Book yet. They're judging you.
Books
Your filing cabinet simulator. Manage 'em here. Add songs to custom Books YOU create. Revolutionary stuff, we know.
Sets
Sets are for when you actually gotta play music in front of people IRL. Like, a specific coffeehouse gig? A church thing? A rave in your basement? Sets let you cherry-pick songs & put 'em in the exact order so you don't look like a total amateur on stage. (Spoiler: you will anyway, but at least you tried.)
Active Sets
Your current setlists. The ones you're actually using RN. Tap here to peep what you're playin' or cook up new ones for whatever gig you committed to.
Archived Sets
Sets from the old days when you actually finished a show. They're retired now. Respect.
Folders
Cuz apparently keepin' all your sets in one mega-pile was TOO HARD. Organize by venue, by band, by your mood—whatever keeps your sets from becoming a dumpster fire.
Templates
Basically song-shaped cookie cutters. Make a template, spin out new songs from it. Genius? Maybe. Lazy? Definitely.
Song Templates
Songs that are basically ghosts—they don't show up in your actual library. They're just hanging out waiting to become the next banger you're about to write.
