Here's the Zomgish translation:

Behold: a list of weekly reports that magically generate themselves for weeks when your songs actually got some screen time (shocking, we know). It's all sorted by date, newest first because we're fancy like that.

Whether your songs were actually sung depends on either the Set you threw 'em into (our default assumption that you know what you're doin', spoiler: you don't) or By Usage which, srsly, tracks how long a song sat there lookin' pretty on your screen. It's all super customizable if you're into that sorta thing — just wade through Settings » Menu Settings » Song Reporting Settings like a bleepin' hero.
