Steal Your Old Stuff
The import settings screen is where you go to tell OnSong how to be a brat about bringing stuff in. These settings get organized by wherever you're dragging things from.
Shove Into OnSong
Mess with how OnSong decides to yeet Google Drive imports into existence.
Document Scanner
Squish your scanned images down when you're using your camera to snag songs like a freakin' paparazzi.
File Sharing
Importing from File Sharing? Cool. You can tell OnSong to ghost those files afterward & pretend they never existed.
Google Drive
Change how OnSong handles Google Drive imports (yes, we know we said this already, but apparently you need it spelled out twice).
Image File Handling
OnSong's gotta figure out where & how to stuff your images. It's basically playing tetris with your photos.
Internet Settings
OnSong can snag songs from random websites on the internet. Only one at a time, because multitasking is hard. Use this to hook it up to a different site.
Synchronization
Sync is like import's cooler, more organized cousin. Not quite the same thing, but in the same family. Tell OnSong where it's allowed to copy its whole library to.
Text File Handling
Text files are weird & might need special treatment for different encodings or whatever. Tech stuff. You probably don't care.
Warn For Existing Songs
Flip this on & OnSong will be like "OMG u already have this one" when you try to import something that's already chillin' in your library. Try importing it again & OnSong will ask what you wanna do. It matches by filename, so don't get clever. Default: on (because we assume you're forgetful).
Warn For Overwriting
Import something you already have, or something with multiple songs hiding inside it? OnSong's gonna ask if you wanna update, duplicate, or bail. Updating = bye bye old file. OnSong will nag you again just to be sure. Turn this off if you're tired of being nagged. We get it.
View Newly Imported Songs
Turn this on & newly imported songs get thrown into a temp set so you can peek at them & fix them if they're a hot mess. Default: on (because freshly imported stuff is usually janky).
