Fidget With It Right Now
Yo, so those little sticky notes & text doodles you scribble on your songs? ZOMG, you can now edit 'em right there without launching some clunky separate editor. Yeah, we know. We're basically geniuses. 🙄
Here's the deal: tap the annotation to grab it. Tap again & boom—text cursor shows up. No external keyboard? Cool, cool, the on-screen keyboard will pop up & OnSong will shuffle your annotation around so you can actually see what you're typing instead of the keyboard eating half the screen. Make your edits, close the keyboard, done. Your changes? Auto-saved. Totes convenient.
Now here's where it gets fancy: sticky notes will keep your text locked inside the note boundaries & shrink the font if it gets too thirsty. Text annotations? They'll expand like they're on a bleepin' growth hormone to fit whatever you're hammering into 'em.
By default, OnSong still opens a full editor when you create new annotations or double-tap/double-click to edit (because why make things simple the first time, amirite?). But if you wanna always inline edit, or never do it, or just flip a coin & hope for the best, you can change that in Settings » Menu Settings » Annotations.
