The menubar is basically the Swiss Army knife of stuff you need to wrangle your tunes. It's got all these buttons & we're gonna break 'em down for ya:

Bops Menu

The main event for bossin' around your songs. Peek at your whole stash, yeet new songs in, build sets, manage books, the whole shebang. It's like your music filing cabinet but, y'know, digital & actually organized (maybe).

Beam It Up Menu

Looks like an arrow escapin' a box. Wanna spread your current song or set around like it's gossip? Export it, email it, print it, throw it across the WiFi — this button's got your back.

Big Screen Vibes Menu

Shaped like a monitor (shocking, we know). Plug in an external screen or projector & OnSong will do its thing — project those lyrics for your adoring fans, or stick chord charts on a stage monitor so you don't look like a total noob. Works with Apple Digital AV Adapter, AirPlay & AppleTV. You're welcome.

Jammin' Menu

Looks like headphones. Wanna play a backing track while you read your chords? Metronome drama? Auto-scroll your way through? Plus you can hunt down alternate versions of songs through iTunes right here. Convenient™.

Action Arcade

Opens the Action Station so you can rig up foot pedals, MIDI controllers, screen taps & keyboard shortcuts to do your biddin'. Basically automation for people who can't be bothered to tap buttons.

The Headline

Dead center of the menubar screamin' the name of whatever song you're currently stargazin' at. Swipe left/right or right-click to peek at the set, what's next, or a timer. It's like your personal song spotlight.

Group Chat Menu

Tap buttons & stomp pedals to holler at your bandmates in real-time. Coordination is apparently important or whatever.

Playlist Wrangler

Shove the current song into a set, book it into a book, or slap a star on it. When your song's got a lil' icon buddy, the star lights up. Thrilling stuff.

Extras Pouch

That icon with pages & a checkmark? Tap it to see all the random files attached to your song. You can also jump into the Song Workshop from here to tweak text versions & mess with metadata & stuff.

Doodle Central

Looks like a note with a pen stickin' out of it. Add annotations, sketches, wild drawings — turn that chord chart into your personal art project. Set up viewports, toggle widgets, go nuts in the tabs.

Vibe Tweaker Menu

Slider gang represent. Wanna change how your sheet looks? Font sizes, font styles, highlight colors, transpose, capo — all here. Toggle the header on/off, lyrics, chords, diagrams, all that jazz. Make it yours.

The Toolbox

Gear icon = nerd mode unlocked. Advanced tools, editors, settings — everything for the power user who thinks menus are for wimps.
